We are based out of Dallas and have an in person office in the Oaklawn/Uptown area. We provide virtual therapy services across Texas, Colorado and Florida.

The fees for our providers range from 125-200 for individual sessions depending on who you are scheduled with and what service you are booking. We don’t take insurance at this time and are private pay. We are more than happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Yes, absolutely. We know that our clients have busy schedules and are happy to schedule virtual sessions with clients based in the state of Texas at the time of appointment. We also offer virtual sessions for Colorado and Florida as well.

When you set up an online appointment with us, we will email you a link from our HIPAA compliant platform and it’ll take you to where we meet. We need you to be in a safe and private space and are happy to walk you through what that can look like.

The timeline for therapy depends on the goals you're working towards and what you hope to achieve. Ultimately, our aim is to help you address your therapeutic goals in a meaningful and lasting way so that you feel ready to move forward independently. Once we meet and gain a clearer understanding of your needs, we can discuss the timeline in more detail.

We do offer some sliding scale spots for clients experiencing a current financial hardship that prevents them from receiving ongoing therapy and do so on a case by case basis. If you feel like this is you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to see how we can support you.

We care deeply about making sure you find the exact right fit of therapist. Because of that, we offer a free 15 minute phone consultation in order to discuss your needs and pair you with the right provider. From that point forward, we can discuss scheduling and set your appointment.

However, there are a few exceptions required by law: if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, reports of abuse or neglect, or if a court orders the release of information.
