“Hi there, I’m Rana”

As a therapist, I believe that our relationship is everything—it’s the true agent of change. You deserve to feel connected and understood by your therapist, which is why creating a strong relationship and making our work together uniquely tailored to your needs is my highest priority.

My style is one of warmth and authenticity. I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that you will be met with compassion and genuine understanding. I aim to balance the depth of our work with lightness, helping you stay engaged and hopeful even when confronting difficult emotions or experiences.

With me, you can expect a collaborative approach where your voice is always heard, respected, and valued. I see our work as a partnership where we explore your goals, identify barriers, and celebrate progress together. Ultimately, I want to empower you to develop the tools and resilience needed to move through life with confidence and ease.

I know this journey isn’t always easy, but I am here to walk beside you, creating an experience where trust, connection, and genuine care are at the center.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE

I am the happiest when I am enjoying relationships! I am an enneagram 2w3, which means my number one priority and value is around my relationships. My perfect day would be spending time with the people I love most in connection and enjoying quality time. I love exploring a new farmers market or coffee shop and finding new cook books or self help books. I love to wander into a nursery and fill my house with plants and start new hobbies; most recently starting a herb garden from seeds and learning how to make homemade bread. I love to take my golden retriever, Basil, out and about and have a one year old son that keeps me busy.
